Shipping, Refund & Cup Care Policy

Every Made with Mistee Magic cup is handmade to order. Production time varies based on the number of orders ahead of yours. Once your cup is finished, it needs 5–7 days to de-gas. We estimate shipping your order within 7–10 days after the cup is made; carrier transit time is additional. We’ll contact you if your order’s timing changes, and you’ll receive tracking when it ships.

Because our products are custom made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or for damage caused by mishandling or improper care. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review it. Shipping delays, lost packages, and transit damage will be handled according to the carrier’s claim process and any applicable customer rights.

Please handle your cup with care. Every cup comes with care instructions to help keep your handmade product looking its best. Damage caused by dropping the cup or not following those instructions is not eligible for a free replacement.

If your order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated date and the options required by law.
